If you are new to exercise, you do not need to overwhelmed by the thought of going to the gym, surrounded by people who are already in incredible shape. Beginning an exercise program can easily be done in the privacy of your own home. It doesn’t need to be long either. Start with 10 minutes and gradually increase the length as you progress.
Do the following routine for 10 minutes, at least 3 days per week:
You will be doing 10 repetitions each of a pushup, squat and lunge, then repeat the entire sequence again for 10 minutes, so set your timer.
How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes? 3? 10? It doesn’t matter. You move at your own pace, but challenge yourself!
